I am a self-taught artist living in Hertfordshire in the UK. My main focus is on wildlife, zoo animals and pets but I occasionally like to try out new ideas in other areas and have recently started to offer human portraits as well!

 

My main media of choice is watercolour on both paper and board, however, I also occasionally use Pastel Pencils in my artwork as well as graphite pencils, alcohol markers and acrylics.

I have been drawing ever since I could hold a pencil and have always gravitated toward drawing and painting animals as they have always been something I have a passion for. This is not surprising as I have always had pets and grew up around animals. For more info on my past and current pets see the "my own pets" tab under "about".
